This Panda is like most in many ways, but the one thing I can’t stand is that since covid you have to ask for all the condiments and eating utensils. They will send you with just your ordered only. no soy sauce, no hot sauce no chopsticks no forks, unless you ask.They don’t even offer it to you. Location Is Good. Place is clean. Servers are very nice. The washroom is extremely clean. You need a code to get in the washroom. I like that. A guy is cleaning the restaurant the whole time. That’s a plus.Food portion is generous. They give you a small cup for water if you want. However the fried rice is a bit mushy and stale, not sure why. The teriyaki chicken is a bit undercooked.4 stars.

When you order a pick up for 5pm, don't have it ready at 4:45pm and have the food sit around for 15 minutes to get cold.Food is great, when hot, service & management at this location is terrible.
