When you order a pick up for 5pm, don't have it ready at 4:45pm and have the food sit around for 15 minutes to get cold.Food is great, when hot, service & management at this location is terrible.

This Panda is like most in many ways, but the one thing I can’t stand is that since covid you have to ask for all the condiments and eating utensils. They will send you with just your ordered only. no soy sauce, no hot sauce no chopsticks no forks, unless you ask.They don’t even offer it to you. You have to figure it out when you get home that you got nothing.My wife and I went today and she ordered teriyaki chicken and can you believe they left out the teriyaki sauce? I had to go back in the store and ask them for it. When I ask if they forgot to include it, they said that we must request.Think about it. I asked for teriyaki chicken. Shouldn’t it come with teriyaki sauce?What is teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki? Um Grilled chicken, maybe?The worst part is even after you ask for everything individually, they still tried to get away with giving you one little small packet.These guys don’t even give out fortune cookies anymore! Unbelievable!!!

Location Is Good. Place is clean. Servers are very nice. The washroom is extremely clean. You need a code to get in the washroom. I like that. A guy is cleaning the restaurant the whole time. That’s a plus.Food portion is generous. They give you a small cup for water if you want. However the fried rice is a bit mushy and stale, not sure why. The teriyaki chicken is a bit undercooked.4 stars.

Went on a Sunday night, they were very busy. They were taking orders on a card and for the most part seems like they had an effective system to beat the rush, however Atlas, the girl at the register was very rude. I understand she was probably stressed from the rush but in no way were we not understanding. And she was very rude about, what seems like everything we asked for. Anyway try another location.

Been to this location previously, and it was good, no problems for the most part aside from the occasional small portion. However, this time, I went an hour before closing. I asked for white rice and they said no. They told us we could only choose items they currently had out--the choices were minimal. (I would think, white rice is popular enough to always have some on hand) I get rushing into a restaurant 15 min before closing.. but a full hour? I asked them what time they closed, just to double check, and they said they closed at 10:30pm. Was craving panda but oh well I guess. Now I know the true closing time: 9:30pm. Drove to five guys burgers instead.
