The service was fine, but the portion is not worth the almost $9 for a Love It. My cup was about 3/4 full. Don’t bother unless you can’t avoid it.

I placed an online order in hopes to have it be ready when I got there, or within a reasonable timeframe…. I ended up sitting and waiting for 30 minutes after the pickup time. Watching the two workers make orders for guests that just walked in, before even beginning my order. I could’ve walked in, placed my order, and been out in a far shorter amount of time than it took to pickup an online order. Horrible service.

Horrible! Worst cold stone creamery I've been to. The ice cream was literally melting, while they were serving it:( great location but shitty service. I don't understand why I had to pay so much for shitty ice cream.

I had the worst experience ever. As i read previous comments i see i am not alone. I preordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and when my husband picked it up they said someone else took it but it was a customized one so i don’t understand how that happened to start with. Then they told us it would be ready the next morning.The next day they called me saying they didnt have it but they could “offer me” a smaller one and cupcakes but we truly wanted the customized message so we had to go with another flavor. On top of that the girl said the girl who writes the messages was unavailable. My husband was upset and asked for the manager. The employee then said the would have it ready.Big surprise we had that when my husband picked it up the incompetent girl told him “take your cake or i will call security”!! Believe me we are not violent people all we wanted is what we paid for which by the way is not cheap! TERRIBLE SERVICE!The place is managed by a bunch of kids who can care less about anything! We went there for years but this was the last! Please do yourself a favor and dont go there.PS the cake looks terrible! My daughter could have write the text much better than they did!

Fun yet decadent trip down to this Cold Stone and the experience was just what it should have been: sweet a$$ ice cream, delicious candy toppings/ mix- ins followed by an inevitable glucose spike. Staff was friendly, polite, helpful and did their jobs w ease. Sure, this is the fast food of ice cream spots but the shop is set up enough like a parlor to enhance the experience. If you're looking for dessert as if you were finishing your 7th course at the Four Seasons then I invite you to temper your expectations. I had a cookie dough and vanilla signature something or other and my wife had a cake batter thingy. Ice cream. Candy. Glucose spike. You're welcome and enjoy.

Checked in here via YELP and received a 20% off the order. However, was told that they couldn't accept it because they are a franchise. Confusing since I checked in at this particular location and received the coupon. Nonetheless, decent spot to grab a sweet cold treat during the hot summer days. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Outside tables had dried ice cream remnants.

Really gross - employees don't appear to be required to wear gloves. The woman serving up our ice cream appeared to be in training, and she didn't wear gloves and kept touching her Apple Watch while preparing our 2 orders of Cookie Dough ice cream. This place just gives me the icks because it does not seem sanitary at all. I ended up paying and throwing both orders away for fear of getting sick. Also, for those that say it's fine not to wear gloves because they don't touch the food -- when I paid you could see the ice cream glistening on her hands. Yuck yuck yuck.

Worst customer service in all of Las Vegas! If you order a cake and pay in advance for it and then they can't find it when you show up at the time it was supposed to be ready, they won't refund you on the spot if a manger isn't present, and won't even give you the manager's name to contact later. And, if they find the cake later that day after you left their store without a cake because they said they didn't have your cake and you already bought a different cake, they won't refund you even though it was their huge mistake! My family will not be back to this location and we will tell everyone we know to avoid it too. The employees didn't care at all about their mistakes and told lies on top of it. Truly, the worst customer service in all of Vegas!

Went to pick up the birthday cake at the appointed time at the store at Fort Apache and W. Sahara. The employee could not find it. She assured me I would get a refund. I needed the cake then so I went to the nearby Baskin Robbins and bought another cake.After I had bought the cake the store called to say they had found the cake we ordered...too late.They told me that since nothing was wrong with the cake they would not provide a refund. They did give me an email address to contact the manager, and the girl working there wrote it down. I tried to send an email and either it was written down wrong or she purposely gave me a bogus address because my email bounced twice because there was no such address.I finally reached the manager to complain about poor customer service.The manager defended the employee and said she was sure the employee did not promise a refund, which was a complete falsehood. The manager kept saying there was no mistake so no refund...ignoring the fact that the cake was not available at the time it was ordered for and needed.Bother the manager and the employee were rude and short with me.Ultimately the manager actually HUNG UP on me!!!What extremely poor management and customer service.I suggest everyone patronize the nearby Baskin Robbins and not this very poor store

The employees were super nice & moved through the line pretty fast. If you sign up for a cold stone rewards account online they had a buy one get one free which is a no brainer. The prices have gone up quite a bit in the last year or two. They also have outdoor & indoor seating which is super nice! Definitely wouldn't go out of my way to come get ice cream, but the place we went to for dinner was right next door so it was super convenient.
