Checked in here via YELP and received a 20% off the order. However, was told that they couldn't accept it because they are a franchise. Confusing since I checked in at this particular location and received the coupon. Nonetheless, decent spot to grab a sweet cold treat during the hot summer days. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Outside tables had dried ice cream remnants.
The employees were super nice & moved through the line pretty fast. If you sign up for a cold stone rewards account online they had a buy one get one free which is a no brainer. The prices have gone up quite a bit in the last year or two. They also have outdoor & indoor seating which is super nice! Definitely wouldn't go out of my way to come get ice cream, but the place we went to for dinner was right next door so it was super convenient.

Fun yet decadent trip down to this Cold Stone and the experience was just what it should have been: sweet a$$ ice cream, delicious candy toppings/ mix- ins followed by an inevitable glucose spike. Staff was friendly, polite, helpful and did their jobs w ease. Sure, this is the fast food of ice cream spots but the shop is set up enough like a parlor to enhance the experience.
