If I could give ((Joseph L.)) ZERO stars I would! The amount of disrespect I received. I would like to be refunded for the ice cream I purchased! He told me the card machine was down and he could only except cash at 8pm. I thought this was odd but left to get cash and when I came back there were 3 teens paying with non the less CARD! Let me save you some time and moneyGo to Walmart and grab some ice cream for $4. The ice cream is very average and way over priced. $7.79 for 1 small scoopAlmost $10 for 1 scoop on a coneI’ll never go to Cole stone againThey were out of milk and a lot of other itemsWaste of time and money save it

Literally the employees committed tip fraud, I bought with my $100 visa gift card and didn't take the receipt. They took advantage of that and looks like they added the tips themselves. Unfortunately I don't have the card anymore and having no receipt so I can't do anything about it. Shady employees and very dirty seats and chairs.
