Cote in Las Vegas feels like the New York original with a glitzier spin. Same craft, same discipline, but with that unmistakable Vegas flair layered on top. It was my first time at this location, second overall (NYC), and the vibe hits differently in the best way. The Caesar salad, with that sneaky bit of ssamjang in the dressing, was one of those small twists that makes you rethink a dish you thought you knew. The meal kicked off with a cup of hot bone broth that was so comforting...
This is a must visit in Vegas. The service was outstanding. The prices are superb. The meat selection and quality is too tier. They do all the cooking and searing for you table-side and all you have to do is enjoy! Only slight criticism is that on a Saturday the DJ is a little overkill for a dinner party conversation.
Food is unlike any regular Korean bbq place, staff is plentiful, super helpful and accommodating. Our 6 top loved every minute of this culinary escapade. A must try. Food and experience was so great I hardly took any pictures. Dj and ambiance great too.
