C3 Cajun Crab N Crawfish Seafood Boil

Was pretty unimpressed with several things here. First, it was hard to find. They moved a little west from their old location but it still has an old sign from an older restaurant there. Once we got in, there was live music playing, and they were very good! I was feeling optimistic as their prices seemed decent. Our server took a while to get my drink. The staff was actually very nice, our server was just pretty slow. We ordered the combo one with all shrimp and Cajun style medium. The food was not good at all. Barely any flavor and mostly butter. It really tasted like we were eating butter shrimp, sausage and corn. We also ordered an extra corn and it came out by itself. Not in the sauce we ordered. Very strange. Anyway, I'd work on making more flavorful sauces. The sauce at hot and juicy crawfish is SOOOO much better. Please try to figure out their recipe.

I came here back in 2024 and the experience and service was great. I brought my coworkers here hoping they would experience the same, but that wasn't the case.

Our server got all our orders wrong, granted he was new, but shouldn't have been this bad. We got the AYCE and half of us only got 2 rounds after being there for almost 4hrs. The appetizers alone almost took an hour to be served, drink refills took about 30mins, if that wasn't bad our main course took an hour to be served after the appetizers was served. We were the only party in the restaurant too. The sauces were too watery, all butter and no seasoning.

This isn't entirely the fault of the new server, but poor management and poor staffing. The music could be turned down a little as well.

Decatur location----Service is great, but food is sub par. I would love to eat when I go to the comedy show on Thursdays, but the wings smell funny, the fried rice tasted mushy, and the calamari was a complete disappointment-great taste, but the portion was for a child. Save yourself the money, just buy drinks 🫤

I ordered online not only did they let the people steal my food I ordered a pound and didn't get no corn or potatoe and no snow crab. This IS THE WORST SEAFOOD PLACE EVER AND IF YOU WANT QUALITY GOOD SEAFOOD YHIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!GO TO PIER 88 THEY WONT CHARGE 50 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING!!!!

This food was so nasty I wouldn’t even give it to a dog I couldn’t even eat it I wanted my money back the sauce if overly sweet and the food it either over cooked or under cooked they need to get it together if I could give this place a 0 I would don’t eat here

Compared to other seafood boil restaurants I believe the scale here needs to be calibrated. The pound of their servings looked and seemed rather light.

Sauce extremely greasy with a horrible after taste. It makes sense why my DoorDash driver cancelled due to waiting too long. The shrimp and mussels were so overcooked they were mushy . 100% gave way less than amount ordered. I get Pier 88 regularly but this is cheaper so I decided to give it a try. This by far was the worst seafood boil ever. Not worth $40 I spent. Sticking to Pier 88.
