Just found out this place but leaned that it’s going to be permanently closed!!
Luckily they have a new location nearby UNLV with the new name K mart by mama Chai’s.
We had three different drinks, and the black sesame drink totally won everyone’s heart. We had to get another one before we headed out.

Absolutely wonderful! Thai tea and latte were sublime. Patio is adorable. Quite the hidden gem!
Hidden behind an all you can eat barbecue place right next-door to Shanghai Plaza, this cool place might be hard to find but worth it if you have a sweet tooth. They have a lot of blended teas with Matcha, taro, and other styles. We had the real Taro smoothie which was pretty good. See the menu in the photo. There are of lots of seating inside and out. The Dubai Mochi cookie was OK but my wife thought it was a little too sweet. The cocoa powder on top tasted pretty authentic....read full review

Mama Chai's is a super cute restaurant that serves bobas and delicious snacks, including mochi donuts. The outdoor seating area is very nice and the décor is bright with neon lights. Many customers praise the drinks. One reviewer calls it one of the best boba teas. Others love the matcha, especially the strawberry matcha jeju drink, and recommend it to everyone. The Assam Mulberry Blue Fresh Fruit Tea and Blended Fresh Taro Smoothie also taste good and refreshing. Prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and operate efficiently. The restaurant supports the Armed Forces and Veterans. It is located toward the back of the parking lot, making it secluded and quieter than the main Spring Mountain Road. Overall, the drinks are outstanding and the service is friendly. The food, such as doughnuts, looks good and will be tried again. The ambiance, drinks and desserts make it a good place to visit.
