This location is so poorly staffed. They brought my food out and placed it down on the wrong table where the person at that table proceeded to take his fork and move the food around the plate stating that this was not what he ordered. They then literally tried to take that exact same plate and put it down on my table where I did send it back. Dean Martin good meal and awesome service from Marvin
They opened a store recently in Reno NV. I've been there twice since it's opened and it was very disappointing. The food definitely has gone down hill from the last time I ate at one a few years ago. I was excited that Reno was getting one because I used to eat there all the time when I lived in Missouri. It sad how far down hill cracker barrel gas gone. This new rebrand definitely is 20 steps backwards as well. I will miss the old cracker barrel RIP. 😞
