Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

My family was visiting on a Sunday and we decided to eat lunch at Cracker Barrel for the first time. Our server, Mary was very kind and attentive. Great experience and great food. Would come back.

We were a party of 5 & they sat us at a table for four and put a chair in the aisle and every time somebody walked by me, they bump my chair. The food is always good, but yesterday the meatloaf was dry and my chicken fried steak was way too salty.

Been to many different Cracker Barrel’s and the food is always good, always the same. The reason I’m leaving this review is because of our waitress Myriam. She was so, so wonderful. Genuinely kind and caring. You can tell she loves her job and making people happy. Give that woman a raise!

My family and I are visiting from California and we had a wonderful experience at this Cracker Barrel! Our server Mary was the best! She was so kind and helpful. I would come all the way over here just for her and the french toast.

Food was under cooked and cold. When asked for a replacement they actually charged us for the original food item plus the replacement. Would not recommend this place. Once the replacement food was delivered Our waitress walked right by our table several times and never asked if we needed anything else . Again would not recommend this place. What a huge disappointment they need to take a page out the way the Cracker Barrel restaurants back in the South operate especially with customer service.

Except for having to wait a bit to pay the bill (residents from a busload from a senior community were on line to pay ahead of me), everything else was perfect!

I was there with a few friends on Thursday night and had a great time the food was good and out server Jonathan was amazing. He gave great service and seemed very knowledgeable about the food and was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Quality gone downhill. Several people left their food altogether. Mine needed a reheat, and was rather bland. I was disappointed since the previous experience was so much better. If the location can improve, I will be willing to try it again, but not before some serious changes.

My order was wrong I never got my second side for my meal. They brought bread after we asked halfway through our meal. The server was great the runner not so much.
