Honestly I was really excited for this place but was unfortunately disappointed. The best part of these bowls were the sausage and beans. The cajun chicken was extremely over salted and we couldn't finish it. the bbq chicken was alright but also over salted. The gumbo tasted only have salt and pepper and nothing else. We were really hoping for some deep delicious and spice filled meal and this just didn't deliver. Although service was great and everyone was nice. Hopefully we can try this in the future with a better outcome

Placed an order at 9:30 am through DoorDash. I waited and started calling at 11:30 and was sent to voicemail. Tried to cancel through DoorDash and when customer called them they said it would be 5 minutes and they would contact me. Well 30 minutes later the app said my food was delivered and I never got anything!! I spent $144 for 2 meals!! This is the worst place to order food from!!!!

These guys came down to Alma Apartments for an event last night and I don’t think I saw any advertisements for the truck so I went out of the way to get their socials. The food was SO good! I don’t think I’ve ever had creole food before but whatever rub/marinade you guys use added so much kick to the meat. The chicken is legit one of the best I’ve ever had. Hope to see you guys stop around Henderson again in the future, definitely might have to visit the actual truck.

Best food truck for mobile catering in Vegas. They offer pre defined menus or custom menus for our business and great creole food along with other cuisines. A regular for us now ... Great to deal with and loved the food!

Tried these guys out a couple years ago, then when they came back to the city after getting a new trailer, we couldn’t wait. Hands down the best Creole food in Vegas and glad to have them as a top food truck in the city, maybe the world one day!

Terrible service. They was at the townhouse at horizon ridge. I got three tickets and only got one meal. Refuse to even put an order for the other two meals. They are ripping off the consumer. I will spread the word. The owner respond to my google review. Lied saying only gave me on ticket. I received three tickets. Many witness at the pool see me with them. But it's fine. Because I am big on service and networking is my job. I will make sure everyone in Nevada knows how terrible the owner and the service is. We will see if you ever return back at the townhouse at horizon ridge again.

Their food truck came to service and serve at my workplace this past week and I was NOT impressed to say the least ! I ordered a combo platter online at 11:20AM it wasn't ready to be picked up for an hour ! In addition to that, they serve their Cajun shrimp with the skin on ! Who does that... do you know how hard it is to eat blackened shrimp with the skin on? The white rice that comes with the combo was half cooked, and the jambalaya had to have been the best thing on that plate. Def not worth the wait or the price.
