Stumbled on this place by accident. Ordered Eggplant Rollatini over penne to go, and really liked it! Some pizza places use so much salt it burns my tongue, not here. I've never heard of this dish, but the creamy ricotta over eggplant was like birthday cake frosting. Crazy? I have to watch the sodium and blood sugar so this was a treat (like a birthday, yum!)

I was sitting outside and ordered Frank’s special pizza and 10pc wings. I gotta say you will experience the layer to layer smell and taste, the best part of that is the tomato source will release the grease in every bite. That is how a good pizza should have.
