Their newest division with meal prepped service is the worst meal delivery company out there. The food arrives frozen and dehydrated. Do not look at the website photos of fresh food. That’s not what is sent to you. They are not accredited with BBB. The blurb about customer satisfaction is a lie. They are deceptive in that they require you to cancel the second order before ever receiving the first order in order to cancel in time. They will refuse to cancel you before shipping even happens on the second order. You will have to file a dispute against them. I’ve never disputed any other food prepping company before. This is wild.

Edit to response: your website says cancel anytime. Funny that you have hidden your 72 hour rule in the fine print offered nowhere on the website when ordering and that also makes it so you would have to cancel before ever receiving your items to see how bad the food is. That’s deceptive behavior.

Also, adding photos of your raw steak uncooked. Raw steak is not a microwaveable option like these meals are suppose to be. I will save the video of the watery mystery substance swishing around for my bank dispute’s evidence.

Your customer service team is clearly worthless because these are your company’s viewpoints based on your responses here. They can’t take care of customers if you don’t allow them too.

I will ALWAYS tell anyone looking for recommendations NOT to go with your awful company.

I want to work this place
