For starters, the Artisinal Bread Board is a must-try, with freshly baked bread and premium butter. The restaurant also serves handmade chocolates and refreshing Chocolat Popsicles for dessert. While it can be loud and pricey, CUT is a great choice for special occasions, with attentive staff and outstanding cuisine. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with a deep, rich flavor that spoke for itself. The bone marrow flan was a standout, and even something as simple as the mashed potatoes were elevated to something special. The spicy tuna crispy rice and Japanese hamachi were also favorite dishes. The staff’s attention to detail and hospitality was hands down a 10 out of 10.
