We sat at the bar and had a wonderful, almost social experience. Service was outstanding, my mezcal old fashioned was pure perfection and our food was not only exemplary, it was also prepared to perfection as per our requests. Truly one of the best restaurant experiences of our lives. Thank you and the entire staff for the attention to detail as well as the friendly welcoming atmosphere, we will absolutely return and recommend Cut going forward.
The Service was top notch with a phenomenal servings. I had the Aged NEBRASKA 12 OZ Ribeye steak with potatoes and street corn.
I don’t know what I’ve been doing in my life, but not coming to CUT until August 2025 was an enormous mistake! This place is quite possible, THE BEST steakhouse/dining experience in the city of Las Vegas.
