We were visiting from out of town and felt the craving for Italian but didn't want to find a place on the strip. We did not make a reservation as it was very much on a whim but the staff was happy to seat us and make us feel like we had one. I'd give D'Agostino's six stars if they'd let me. Brennan was an amazing host. He explained the menu and cooking processes to perfection. The New England clam chowder was decadent and not overly creamy. The burrata over the best beefsteak tomatoes I've ever had (ask for chimichurri) was even better than advertised. Our group Dental Spouses in Business partnered with Chef Dan and Brandi and hosted a wonderful dinner for a full restaurant buyout. From the very beginning Brandi was helpful and accommodating and really motivated to make our event perfect. We could not have asked for a better evening. The food was exceptional and the service was great.
