LITERAL RAW SEWAGE BACKED INTO OUR ROOM.
We had to request to be moved — the hotel never offered it. We were given two vouchers for well drinks as “compensation” and told to wait up to 10 days to hear back from “Risk Management” about any reimbursement for the room or damaged personal items.
The security team, site manager, and front desk were all dismissive, constantly passing the issue off to “Risk Management” instead of taking responsibility. No one seemed concerned that our paid room and personal property had been contaminated and turned into a biohazard.
We paid in full, plus resort fees, only to have our belongings ruined by raw sewage. The environment and lack of urgency from staff were unacceptable.
I’m convinced “The D” stands for DIRTY. Their process for handling a situation like this was beyond unprofessional.

i fear it didn't make much of an impression; the drink had a bit of alcohol but it was 30 dollars (more with tip) for precisely one drink. for an overpriced alcoholic beverage, i'd expect to be in awe but i admit i could find better refreshments that charge for less. i would recommend to avoid if possible

they stole my birthday gift that was sent to me by mail..Was supposed to get upgraded to a suite but didn't.The air conditioner was loud and I couldn't sleep .the pool is small

Save your money on the Fremont bar, i went up to order a slushy. One of the girl already kinda had an attitude when i asked what’s most popular she said all them (not really helpful) i then ordered one it was almost $40 for a watered down slushy. When I said that’s not a slushy that’s just juice & alcohol , she got even more snobby and said I’ll let you taste it and I said I can see that’s it’s just watered down juice, luckily, I hadn’t paid and I told her never mind, I don’t wanna drink from here, she then gave me more attitude then I just walked off. Just warning people to save your money on the slushy drinks from here they ain’t worth it in my opinion!

We called and asked if they allowed emotional support service animals and they answered yes so we booked 2 nights. On our 2nd night at 7pm they kicked us out saying they in-fact do not allow them.

My wife is a light weight. 2 sips of a daiquiri in louisiana and she is to the wind. She drank that whole $30 drink and felt nothing. No alcohol is in that. Just pass it up. It’s a slush.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in Vegas at a bar /casino , been coming for yrs , nice place , cool casino . Terrible bartender at the back bar with the black hair , thinks she’s a kardashian!! Not only a snotty person but extremely rude and nasty look on her face , I mean I get it everyone has a bad day. But omg tells us “drink's are only free if you tip me really good” . WOW really ?? Gave her 2$ for a bottle beer . Not even a thank you just the stink eye . SMH , sad .

Disgusting drinks for $29 while they look annoyed by having to add in their head. Then they take turns dancing on the bar they use to serve you. Disgustingly expensive.
Vegetarian options: All vegetarian except for the beef these servers have with mathematics.
Kid-friendliness: Friendliness is not served here. Kids, seniors, disabled... these ladies would slap their own Grandma.
