Our room was your typical hotel style room. But, that’s all we wanted. The room was clean, safe, and comfortable. It was a bit noisy at night, but what do you expect being on Fremont Street. We found a way to block out the noise by turning our cell phones to white noise. We also travel with a noise machine so having that on helped too. If possible, I would suggest requesting a room that does not face near Fremont Street. They could use a few more outlets, or USB ports might...
Went to Vegas for Pre Wedding Celebrations with Friends but before meeting up I wanted to stay down Fremont for a couple of days, I thought it was a great place to stay, right in the centre of where everything is happening, Hotel was good, room was a decent size and had a view from the room over Fremont near the Stage. Reviews made me a bit unsure with noise but it's Vegas, a lot is going on and that's the vibe here, if you want to sleep early then go to a quiet holiday...
My husband and I stayed in September for his birthday weekend. This was my 3rd stay at the D and his first. Check in was fast and the clerk gave us a free welcome beer. We booked a king room and got a queen, but we had a delay at airport with our baggage so that really cut into our evening, so we never bothered to ask for a new room. I've known about the half shower doors, but he was like what is up with this? Bring your own toiletries. The provided ones are really cheap...
