Daikon Vegan Sushi - Lake Mead

I got the spicy tuna roll, which is made of tofu and wheat gluten, and the crunchy California roll which I can't remember what that's made out of. Flavors were good, definitely all their minus some of the fishy taste. Only four stars because I wish more of the sushi options were made with tofu because I'm always looking for dat protein. The only ones that have tofu in them are the rolls with spicy tuna! They also do have curries and katsu which maybe those are tofu, I didn't ask. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-04

So first walking in to a warm friendly high energy welcome caught me. Then ordering was easy and fast. Clean and inviting on the inside as well. Now the FOOD let's just say I don't have a picture this time because once I tasted it I loaded my plate and it was gone sesame chicken (vegan) and broccoli boy oh boy I cant wait to go back

I love Daikon, I come here frequently and the food is always delicious with great presentation. The staff are always kind, the atmosphere is calm and friendly, and the prices are really reasonable. Any non-vegan I've brought here has loved it as well! Would highly recommend for anyone, vegan or not.

10/10!! The best vegan meal I’ve ever had!

I had the sesame chicken, karaage, and the dynamite pocket.

For dessert we finished off with a chocolate molten lava cake!

Everything was perfection. I’m not from Vegas, and I’m going to be dreaming about this day place for years. Incredible service, food was cooked in an instant, and the flavor combinations are so creative!

This place is the best vegan food I'm transitioning to eating less meat. Ethically I feel better cutting down on meat so I'm still at the point where I'm skeptical if I will enjoy vegan food, but this place was so delicious! I will be back! Also their happy hour is 10/10
