Went to order a blizzard and they were out of ice cream...what? Anyhow we asked what else was offered and got rude responses ("we have smoothies but no strawberries" or "if you want ice cream, go upstairs to the other shop") was repeated over and over like they didn't want us to get anything. I get it - you don't have ice cream or strawberries or food so what flavor smoothie do you have? - couldn't get a straight answer. Seemed like workers were unhappy. We settled on an Orange Julius smoothie for $8...yikes. Too bad they are the only offering in the arcade.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! The cashier charged us for 2 smoothies, no receipt, and then refused to give us the change when we told her we only ordered one. I asked to talk to a manager and they said there isnt one and refused to give us their name and talk to us. Ignored us the whole time while we tried to hold up the line to get their attention. DQ lost our family's business forever, they we're so rude.

Bad customer service . We went late at night with my family. Someone was ordering in front of us while we were behind looking at the menu. Once the person in front of us finished they turned off the light and said they were closed. Why couldn't the cashier tell us before while we waited? She ignored my 5 year old cousin plea. (And the plaza says 24 hours.)

In the land of Dairy queen, they haven't done anything to really change it since you were a kid. Not bad burgers. Ok everything else. Good ice cream, but not great. Go here for a cone, but don't expect too much!
Won't be going here anymore after they tried to rip me off and over charge me and you would think a tourist from canada wouldn't know? Also they claim they do not take coupons even though the dairy queen site has this location listed for their blizzard fan club. Will be speaking to Dairy Queen about this.

For its location and the staff working in tight quarters surrounded by tourists and other vendors, they were very fun, friendly and fast with the orders and even added a little bit of a show as well as more product than normally getting at a normal dairy queen. Taller chocolate dipped cone with a larger than life curly Que on the top. I mean it was large and held its own! Staff friendly, joking and informative about the location. They seemed to enjoy their job and the people they get to meet.
