Let's see: for one who is not too familiar with this chain, the menu is confusing. The intercom through which one gives the order is very difficult to understand, almost laughable to use.

You can't get Ice cream right, but if you call customer service, they can only forward you to the franchisee that never answers. They can't even back their own product. They just franchise it so if you get screwed, they can't back anything.
No chocolate soft serve. I'm done with dairy Queen. I'm no longer going to any dairy Queen wondering if the franchise owner carries it or not.
