This was not only mine but my wife and several friends go to place in town. The fish and menu was so great that we would make the 30min drive often. I have no clue why the owner stopped doing AYCE but it’s not a wise decision. He lost out on at least 5 loyal customers and I’m sure a lot more as I see on other reviews. Bring back the AYCE menu. Charge us an extra $5. Be smart. Some business is better than no business!

I used to really like this place when they had all you can eat and they had a really good happy hour sale now they left the prices inflated and you only get 30% off but you have to buy two rolls and there's no all you can eat option it's just very expensive for what you can get I would consider a different restaurant in the future The people are nice enough but the pricing and what they offer changes so often you can't really plan on it. Sushi is okay but for the price I would go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to this place for years; since 2018 I think. They’ve always been my go-to. I’ve always brought guests from out of town here who talk about it even years after trying it for the first time, and always want to come back. Their quality has always been great along with the service. They changed a few things around recently and now their quality is EXCEPTIONALLY great. Everything I had today was superior melt-in-your-mouth quality fish cuts. I love escolar and highly recommend their super white nigiri as well as the Iron Man roll. I also had yellow tail and salmon nigiri. All consistently great and they topped the nigiri with extra garnish of sashimi of the same fish. 11 years in Vegas and I’ve tried a couple dozen places, and this place is a clear winner for the cafe style/bar sushi experience. The gyoza was done perfectly with a perfect one-sided sear, and the best I ever had, even in flavor. Please give this place a try if it’s quality you are looking for. What I personally love about the restaurant itself is that it’s not full of loud gimmicks to attract the younger crowd. The place is clean and quiet enough to have a conversation and everybody who works here is very friendly, and if you come alone the masters behind the bar love conversation. The options below don’t list everything I had today to recommend, but you will get top quality in whatever you try!
