I was between a total of 4 or 5 stars for this place, and I went with 5 because it exceeded what I was expecting. The place was clean and had an open feel, but it wasn't busy when we went on a Wednesday night. The service was super-friendly!

As for the food, you can't really say much about edamame other than it was done right and not over-done and dried out. I also ordered their jalapeno puffs which weren't quite what I expected. I was thinking...

Got to hit it with a 5. The sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. Chicken Raman was fantastic and the mochi for desert capped off some great flavors. Staff was friendly and Andre is a skilled Sushi Chef and took the time to share their process and why they are different. These rolls will rival $100 strip rolls at 1/4 of the price.

Excellent food, reasonably priced. I dont eat crab, so i wish there were more sushi options without crab, but as they are made to order, i imagine they would accommodate a substitution. I will be back!
