Delilah Vegas is better than the one in Miami. Great and well cooked Seabass. The venue is beautiful and has the most romantic vibe

We’re all connoisseurs of fine wine and dining, and unanimously agreed that this was one of our favorite experiences. We loved the glamorous 1920s supper-club vibe — the ambiance, the food, the exquisite wine list, and the elevated dress code (though we could have done without the group of guys in hoodies!). The no-cellphone policy was the perfect finishing touch. Can’t wait to be back!

If you’re a party of 2 , you will be seated around the perimeter wall of the room.. many of these seats have limited or no view of the stage. Parties of 3+ are seated in the middle , center stage

My honest review is that the food is decent but not the best. The crab endive, Mac n cheese were pretty memorable, but my brazino was very, very underwhelming. Scallops were decent. Dessert was meh. Carrot souffle was meh. Oh lobster roll was especially meh. I thought the singers and dancing was nice, but I've also been to the weho one and thought that was pretty comparable. Bottom line: if you've been to the weho one, can save your time and skip bc it was basically the same thing.

Food was outstanding. Shrimp cocktail was incredible-the bread was also very good-melts in your mouth. The entertainment was also top notch jazz. Great singer. The whole vibe of the place is Old Vegas and upscale. I will say our service wasn’t the best. Drinks not refilled very quickly. She seemed tired and lethargic. Other than that we loved it and will be back hoping for better service.

Sat at bar for dinner to celebrate my friend’s recent award and Robert and Matt were amazing. They deserve all the praise for making my friend feel special and giving such amazing attention to detail!

Let’s start with the great stuff. This is our second time at this restaurant. The food is excellent. The performers are great. It’s really well thought out food and very high quality. No notes.

Now for the not so great. The hosts are so rude, they are amusingly abrasive with eye rolls and sniggers. It’s almost as though you should be grateful to have got a reservation…we are all from New York, we understand the concept of high-end…the best places are gracious and warm. Our table was 45 mins late, we only asked once what the wait time would be (for our 10.30pm reservation) and when I tell you the disgust on the ladies face when I dared question (very gently and politely) whether we would be seated soon….when we eventually got seated we were put in the corner by the plates so constantly felt like the staff were on top of us (not their fault of course).

Our server was excellent though, she made sure the food came out fast and was really good energy. Within 20 mins of sitting down our food was there.

You might make some of the best chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten, you may also have built a glorious Hollywood themed restaurant…but your hosts will cost you that Michelin star.

We were told they do not seat couples but found there were at least 10 couples seated.
Entertainment was almost nonexistent. We arrived at 5:30 for our “2 hours”. The entertainment started at 6:45, paused at 7:15, restarted at 8 and we left at 8:15.
Food was excellent.

We had a fantastic dinner at Delilah. Didn’t know anything about the place, didn’t have reservations or expectations, but the menu sounded good and it’s one of the few places at the Wynn that takes walk-ins. We were able to get a table on their patio, which is an enclosed room with no roof. A bit chilly but the space heaters warmed it up. We couldn’t see the stage but we could hear the music, and actually preferred the volume level outside vs the dining room, which is lovely and atmospheric but quite loud.
Service was excellent, and the food was so good, starting with the pillowy soft loaf of warm bread. We had the tomato & stracciatella and wedge salads, the chicken tenders, and a terrific rack of lamb. Too full to order dessert, but our server brought a couple of small plates and said something sweet was coming. I was surprised, but thought maybe they have a couple of small bites to finish the meal. Oh, no - they brought us a Slutty Brownie dessert, an absolutely sinful overload of chocolate, complete with stunning presentation as they pour the hot chocolate fondue over the chocolate sphere on top, which melts to reveal ice cream inside. We couldn’t finish it, but it was fabulous.

The experience at Delilah was awesome. The food was also some of the best I’ve ever had. Can not wait to go back.

Food was very good but it took 45 minutes after eating the appetizers to get the entrees.
We were seated next to the stage and the band overwhelmed our conversations.
The bottle of wine seemed off, and never corrected even though we let it breathed. Sommelier would not taste the wine, even after we asked 3x. Manager did offer to replace the bottle.

For a $250/plate dinner, we were disappointed.

We come to LV regularly, this time we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We had our celebratory dinner at Delilah restaurant. We have eaten here several times before, but on October 21st it was a huge disappointment. The lamb chops were cold, the chicken main course and the crab salad were over salted. But the worst experience came at night, when I got food poisoning from the Vagyu tartar. I was on the toilet all night and couldn't leave the hotel room the next day, I was so sick. It ruined our last day before flying home. The service is 3 stars because after our complaint they lowered the price of the two main courses.
