I’m overall happy with the service and food, but one guy working there (his badge has Greece written on it) was really disappointing. I came there with my husband who wanted to order a beer, I didn’t order anything at that time and he still asked for my ID. I’m way over 21, and it’s really annoying to not be able to even be in this place without showing your ID. The other day there were kids drinking water and it was fine, so this guy is definitely having some kind of issue. After all he didn’t sell my husband a beer even though he showed his passport to him. I hope you can change this rule of sitting in the bar where you serve non alcoholic beverages.

Vegetarian options: They have nice tacos with vegan meat

We had a great stay at The Mirage blighted only by an unfortunate leak and flood in our room on our last day. The hotel staff dealt with it accordingly but it was still an upsetting experience at the time and moving rooms wasn't straight forward. That is until we met Andrea from the security team. Andrea is a credit to The Mirage and you are lucky to have her. She was calm, caring, kind and so so professional. Thank you so much Andrea for looking after us and making us smile again x Despite the inconvenience, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Mirage and we look forward to returning soon.

My wife and I really enjoy staying at the Mirage when we come to Vegas but it’s felt like the property was being let go by MGM. I’m happy to report that the new owners, Hard Rock, seem to be investing in the property. The casino floor looked well maintained and most surprisingly the comped room we were given on the 25th floor appeared to be recently renovated. The room was well appointed, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we were just there for one night after a horrible stay at Caesars so we didn’t get to go to the pool but I’m hopeful the trend of investment and maintenance extends to other places of the resort. If you’ve had a poor experience with the Mirage before it might be worthwhile to try them out again.

I really liked it here! The room was so nice and the staff were very friendly. The casino was a bit noisy and the lights were too bright but that is how casinos work so I guess not much to complain about. The location was great as it right next to the best part of the strip and close to other hotels. The shops inside were great for essentials and souvenirs. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was poor about this experience making it our worse experience and value for money in the US ever At checkin we were told, that despite booking a room for 3, we needed to pay for a supplement for a rollover bed as it was deemed possible to sleep 3 in the king size bed… the front desk agent was rude Once in the room we discovered it was placed on second floor with no view than a 3m high wall 5m away from the window. In the space between our window and the wall is where land the detritus people throw away from their windows so broken bottles, nappies, desk lamp. The room itself was small and tired, just like the overall Casino The food options in the casino were poor and too small for the location so we had to wait most times for poor experiences Overall this place is absolute bottom of the barrel value and experience which we did not know as it was our first time in Vegas. We came back 2 weeks later and went to the cosmopolitan which was lovely on every front

Stayed at the mirage hotel. Very disappointed. Small suites, out dated. Had to call down to desk to have the room made up. Why ? With so many choices available on the Las Vegas strip, why stay here. ? Can not compare to the Venetian or other new updated properties. You could do much better. Very small.

Our hotel room was completely leaning. They have serious foundation issues. Our beds were even leaning upwards. Felt like we were sleeping upside down. You could see it and feel it the minute we walked in our room. Even looking down the hallway the floor was tilted.

We were at this hotel July 13-17 and had a great time! Vegas has changed a lot we found from the pre COVID days and is a lot more expensive but was a lot of fun anyway. We arrived in Las Vegas during a heat wave but the hotel was always cool. We loved the tropical theme in the lobby and are sad to know that it and the waterfalls will probably be gone when Hard Rock revamps the hotel into there brand. The rooms were clean and we had a room on the 17th floor with views of the pool, roof, mountains and the strip. It was good as we didn’t pay for a strip view. And were high enough that you had to look down at the roof units. We had maid service all but one day (the day after we checked in) but just called down for towels and they were sent up right away. We only ate at Snacks in the hotel but all the restaurants looked good and always had long line ups to get in. The sandwich we had was amazing and my husband still talks about wanting to go back for another one. The pool was amazing and those 120F plus ( about 48C) days. There is not a ton of shade but it can be found if you look for it. We went everyday and enjoyed the sun and pool. Hope you choose this hotel and have a great time as well!

Too expensive. Could only afford one drink and then needed to open up a credit account.

This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in recent years. From the inability to locate the room where I left our luggage to the absolute worst attitude from all the staff who work here I just cannot believe what a change to a hotel I remembered so fondly from back in the day. It’s not even that it’s dated (which it is) it’s the all round attitude that totally stunned me. No one is willing to help with the most basic things like - can I charge my phone somewhere after check out not to mention how terrible security made me feel for asking to use the pool after when I didn’t have my key anymore despite showing the invoice. Such a crazy disappointing experience. Avoid.

I have an amazing view from my room, like the top of the garden ( look like a round when we are at room 16060. July 23 to 30. And while my brother in law and my sister they check in for the room, I was sitting on the bench on right side & lady asked me if I need a water. That was a good one. One thing I can describe her, she’s a good looking girl. Thank you for that.

The hotel was clean and service was very good. Don’t touch anything in the fridge or the water/ snacks above. Our tv was not working for most of our stay, it was hard to get a hold of anyone to fix and when we did it only worked for a couple of hours. When I sent an email indicating my dissatisfaction, they promptly comped our breakfast. I was pleased with the response.
