This review is simply based of my preferences and others will likely enjoy this more. We've ordered cronuts from here twice. The first time was a basic one, and this time was a seasonal type with citrus cream in it. It's well made and for those that enjoy sweets, well, they're extremely sweet. Those that prefer donuts and pastries may love this place but they're not really my thing so this is just pretty average to me. I'll say that I'd never come alone here, but with my kids we may come back

Breakfast in Vegas is usually a sad affair—buffet lines, bottomless mimosas, and food that feels engineered more than cooked. But at Dominique Ansel’s spot, I found something closer to the ideal Vegas morning: one good coffee, one perfect pastry. That’s all you really need to start the day here—enough fuel to wander, explore, and leave room for whatever else this city throws at you.
I tasted my way through most of their pastry case and found balance in every bite. Nothing cloying, nothing overdone—just smart, deliberate baking. The cronut? A revelation. Crunchy, chewy, flaky, and unapologetically indulgent. Worth the hype. The so-called “cookie shot,” on the other hand, feels like pure Vegas theater—clever marketing dressed up as necessity. A scam, maybe, but a beautifully orchestrated one.
You’re seated in the middle of a casino, the hum of slots and the faint smell of last night’s excess hanging in the air. And yet, with a coffee in hand, it feels oddly peaceful

This bakery is the only one I have and would continuously travel across the country for!
The staff are absolute gems, especially the manager Michael who treated us so incredibly beyond anything we could ever imagine, management clearly leads with heart and pride. They have so much knowledge and clear love for this company. Thank you for creating not just incredible treats, but a place that feels like home.
We tried 17 things from the menu over two days and every single one was better than the last. I wish we took more photos before we ate it all.
Cannot say enough about this bakery, cannot wait to come back!

Dominque Ansel is absolutely amazing in the Caesar's Palace. The front staff is so kind and friendly, with great energy and recommendations. The Manager Michael is on the floor with grace leading the team flawlessly. The pastries are phenomenal and ruined anywhere else. He shared so much knowledge with us making the experience really special. Would literally come to Vegas just for this shop!! 10/10 MUST GO!!!!!!

It was magical. Absolutely magical. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and while sitting watching me deconstruct and enjoy each and every layer of the lemon tart, he told me he loved seeing the sparkle in my eyes and seeing pure joy radiate from me. The ambiance was spectacular and immersed me in a place I could only dream of going

My wife and I visited this bakery after a nice dinner. We were looking for a dessert to satisfy our cravings and came across this bakery at Ceasars Palace Hotel. As we entered the bakery, customer service does not exist on this bakery. They ignore customers and while you're talking to them, they are walking away. I ordered some macarons and when it was handed to me it was missing 2 pieces. I told kindly and nicely to the worker that I am missing some of my order. No apologies, gave me a nasty look and threw my macaroon in my bag just like that. Never going back to this bakery ever again. Cashier name is Jayce. Very rude and what a waste of a good bakery.

If you’re in Vegas, don’t leave without trying a cronut from Dominique Ansel — hands down one of the best desserts you’ll ever have. I’ve been a loyal fan since discovering their Soho location in NYC, and finding this tucked-away Vegas spot after a disappointing dinner was the best surprise. Now it’s a must-stop on every trip.

Ordered my food and specifically asked if the sandwich I was ordering was the one in the case (it didn’t have a name tag) and was assured it was. WRONG, went to pick up my order and it was something totally different. Secondly, I ordered an iced coffee with vanilla (1.99 extra) and cream (was not aware of sizes) and he didn’t ask but rang me up for a large (9.99) even though if he had I would have for sure ordered a regular. The only saving grace was the super nice chef that decided to make me the correct sandwich and even brought it out to me. All-in-all I will not be coming back.

If you eat only one thing on the Las Vegas strip, let it be the cronut from here. I can’t describe it in words, but it was so good.

From the second I ordered my food, every employee was completely miserable and rude. They put in my order wrong, tried to give me the wrong item, so I told them that’s not what I ordered. The employee was extremely rude and seemed annoyed and said “well that’s what you paid for. Here.”. I said okay well then they rang me up wrong can I please have what I ordered. It went back and forth and She blankly stared at me as if I asked for something outlandish. Then walked away to ask her manager what to do. It’s not that difficult to switch out the singular menu item I ordered for the correct one. Horrible interaction with rude individuals
