Worst experience ever using Domino's, ordered a pizza at 9:30pm waited 2.5 hours for my food not to arrive, they canceled my order and closed the store an hour early. Wish I could give this store no stars...
Food was cold because the order took two hours to get to us. Called multiple times to ask them to get us in contact with the driver, who could have text/called with status update once he/she was over an hour outside their delivery estimate. No apologies, CSR female on 3/30 @ 5pm also hung up on us after not seeking to make anything better. Just really bad service when you have kids waiting to eat.
