I love the breakfast burritos here. They have a good variety of options as well...A little disappointed because when I passed through today, they had no eggs available for my breakfast burrito. But in general, it's a good spot, staff are very friendly and helpful. They will accommodate food allergies also.

3 times in a row, this location #14 got my order wrong. 3 times! The ONLY reason that I go to this location is because it’s right next door to my business. I have referred HUNDREDS of customers who come to my auto repair facility to go there for lunch while I work on their cars. No more referrals. From this point forward I will advise my customers to NOT go there due to the horrible customer service AND the poor food quality. I have spent hundreds of dollars here only to get incorrect orders and poor customer service. I literally had to throw my most recent order in the garbage can because it wasn’t edible.

They complain about giving you more than 4 salsas at drive thru window. But if I go in I can have all the salsa and veggies I want!! Management better check those people at the window. Lost a customer who paid for that over priced breakfast burrito daily!! S. Rainbow location by dollar tree. Other places been fine.

My wife and I just went to the store on Stephanie and ordered our dinner. I had ordered the Asada Fajitas, and we noticed how it was packed and had concerns at that point. I opened the bag when we got home and looked like soup with some pieces of meat and vegetables. I returned to store to return, in which I was told nothing could be done. They did replace it (I was skeptical with good reason), but didn’t give me any tortillas. I got home for the second time and realized this, so I called again and once again told I would need to call the manager on Monday. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

The breakfast burritos were warm and not fresh! The location on Rainbow has fresh hot breakfast burritos. This location is horrible! I wish I could get a refund.

I had a great experience at Don Tortaco Mexican Grill! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the place was spotless. Great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Warning. Got very ill from eating a chicken taco June 4. They have a new cook and changed their recipe / cooking style again. They’re using dirty oil, or contaminated poultry or vegetables or all of that. Ended up with a severe allergic reaction. - closed throat unable to breathe. Went to emergency room eight hours later. Stay away!

02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.

Never eat there again, prices too high and food not good. Charges you $4 an change just to add cheese and sour cream on a burrito is ridiculous. Burritos 🌯 are supposed to come with cheese. Made the burrito $15 crazy.

I ordered takeout breakfast burritos and fries. My burrito was missing avocado slices, even though I paid extra for them, and looked significantly smaller than my boyfriends. The fries were mushy and bland. Everything was bland. I was very disappointed. It was edible but I didn't enjoy it. Order at your own risk.

This is THE best Don Tortaco. I don't know if it's because we always tip them when we get our carne asada fries but DAMNNNNNN. 10/10 EVERY DAMN TIME 😫🤞❤️🔥
