02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.

Never eat there again, prices too high and food not good. Charges you $4 an change just to add cheese and sour cream on a burrito is ridiculous. Burritos 🌯 are supposed to come with cheese. Made the burrito $15 crazy.

I ordered takeout breakfast burritos and fries. My burrito was missing avocado slices, even though I paid extra for them, and looked significantly smaller than my boyfriends. The fries were mushy and bland. Everything was bland. I was very disappointed. It was edible but I didn't enjoy it. Order at your own risk.

My chicken in my taco was not edible. It was fried to a crisp. 😠 I'm hangry!

This is THE best Don Tortaco. I don't know if it's because we always tip them when we get our carne asada fries but DAMNNNNNN. 10/10 EVERY DAMN TIME 😫🤞❤️🔥

It wasn't what i was expecting. They charged us so much money for two dry tacos. I was like, where is the guacamole and sour cream, rice and beans. They said it was going to be extra money and it was extra. For what i was charged, I would have been hooked up somewhere else.

This is by far the WORST DonTortaco I've been to here in Vegas. For sure not coming back. The photos are a grilled chicken burrito. It was just chicken and guacamole salsa. Other DonTortacos will have chicken, cheese, beans and rice. The burrito had no form. It was a complete joke. What a rip off! I called and spoke with a Latino and he said that's how they make the burritos. It's embarrassing. I hope the manager reads this review. I know you wouldn't like it if someone served you this so called burrito to you.

This place has been on my list to try for a while now and I finally made it there today. I found it to be extremely good. We had the Tamales and enchiladas. Both were exceptional. The service was friendly and quick. Prices are very reasonable for the portion amount. Location is great with plenty of parking. Handicapped accessible, dine in or take out or door dash delivery. Highly recommend for good Mexican meals.

Service was good food came out in a good time. But the food itself was not good. Got to beef burritos onions and green peppers.. there was no season its was soggy nothing about said Mexican burrito. Would of been good soup
