I had to pick up the dirty ash tray and place it on the table. No one came around to ask if I wanted a drink so I went up to the counter. No one was at the counter, but I looked across. The guy was sitting in a chair working on his laptop. He said he’d bring the soda to me. I went back and sat down, and then he took the rest of the garbage off the little side table. He didn’t wash it off. Others were complaining about his service to. I must’ve spent at least $100 in the machine. I had to go ask for another soda. I noticed he never washes anything down after he takes the empty drinks away.I tipped for each drink. There are plenty of Dottys I will tr a different one.

Quaint little "keno stop" nestled off on the side of Lake mead a few blocks before the 215 freeway.The service here is always on point, attentive and friendly. It's rare that there's more than 5-10 people there so if you're looking for a calm place to kill time, scratch an itch or (like myself and a few of my friends have multiple times over the past 2 years) Hit Big Handpay then honestly this is the place.It's CLEAN - QUIET - COMFORTABLEPsst and it pays more than any of these casinos... i don't get paid by them just their machines, I'm just being honest...Hunter '23
This problem has been going on for a very long time and every time I tried not to say anything, but enough is enough.The cashier in this store is (the short/chubby and always rude and angry lady) a total loss for this business, wont ever spend a penny in this store and advise all other friends and relatives not do so. The funny part is that only happens when it is her shift.I suggest the owners/managers to review the videos of her shifts in different days and see how she disrespects people like you already owe her something. If she is not happy with her life can go bang her head against the wall, not to take it out of customers.
