Good barbacoa by the pound.
I was craving authentic barbacoa and decided to give this place a try, all I can say is WOW. The flavor is incredible, and the handmade tortillas make it even better.
I had Barbacoa de Borrego estilo Hidalgo in Puebla a couple of months ago, and honestly, the barbacoa here might be even better.
The owner was so welcoming and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!
