Was looking forward to hitting Robertos up since I have been out of town and they're my favorite place for Mexican and tonight was not the best experience. The young lady who took my order and cashed me out so very rude and disrespectful. She lacked common courtesy and manners. She was fluent in english so I know the language barrier was not an issue. The food is always good, the service is always great, but the prices have snuck up on us over the years, making it more like sit-down restaurant pricing in a more fast-food or gas station environment. To be fair, the style and quality of the food IS very much like sit-sown restaurant food, but without the complementary chips and salsa or table service. We still eat Roberto's regularly, and usually through this location.
