It was a great experience, except for the prices. The food was good, the people were friendly, and the overall clean, but I can’t believe how expensive Subway has gotten. Just a regular footlong was $15 something after taxes, not even extras. I know times are rough, but going to scare away patrons like this.
The young lady that helped my mom and I, named Naomi, was exceptional! She helped us with a genuine heart and a love for her job! My mom was so please and, therefore, I was pleased. She was patient, kind, and professional. I haven't seen this kind of great customer service since I have moved back to Las Vegas a couple months ago. i gave a $3 tip and they messed up my sandwich, 4 simple ingredients. The staff is rude, and they're too busy to attend a costumer for doing what ever in the back. Why do they have a old lady working here? she should be retiring. This place is full of useless high school drop outs; who cant even make a simple sandwhich right.
