They just will NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR PUTTING IN A ORDER… you have to go in they refused to answer the phone… other than that 10/10
I was having a lot of trouble trying to order and add a deal online. After trying for over an hour I called into the store and spoke to Charles, the manager, who was extremely kind and helpful and was able to get my complicated and tedious order down on the first attempt. I am so thankful for him and for this location as they are always friendly and professional. I'm especially thankful to Charles who handled my order and frustration with exceptional service.
They are very rude. On their website, it says if you use a credit card, you have to show it at time of delivery. I called to ask if I'm sending the Pizza to someone who is sick. They won't have my card. The man on the phone says if the website says that we have nothing to do with it, that's the way it goes.
