I can't believe it ? What bad service has never happened to me with Dominos but especially in this branch a disastrous service ???….. it took 1 hour 40 minutes for my order to arrive and my children waiting and nothing… and to top it off the pizza is horrible ? ? …. Just like the ugly image. I didn't ask for that. Even poorly cooked it is ?????? Very ugly Service

I ordered my pizza (1 pizza to be exact) and bread twist online from 6:30 pm and we waited 3 hours (9pm) for it to be delivered and when I checked the pizza it was not the correct one I had ordered and it was cold the good thing I was paying with cash and I made the delivery guy give me my money back.

pizza was standard but order like an hour in advance...in the app, pizza was in the Quality Assurance phase for 40 minutes. ugh! But delivery person was courteous.

I ordered wings for lunch. Honey bbq 8 piece. Picked it up and didnt check it out before I left, if I had I wouldn't have paid for it. The bbq sauce was just squirted on top of plain wings. Really sad sight honestly.As if that wasn't enough, when I got home with my food I discover that my wings are soggy and rubbery, making me nauseous even attempting to eat before I realized. I call the store and I hear the manager tell employees to make sure food is going on top even to make sure its fully cooked. Makes me wonder how much raw food has gone out.This location doesnt care about the food at all and I dont think I will be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else too.

I placed an order on 2/29/24 the did not deliver my whole order and my card was charged $10 more than what was shown on the delivery app when I called to get some assistance I was placed on hold 8 times and they finally stopped answering the phone when I asked to speak with a manger this is the lost disgusting and nasty store with the most unprofessional children that work there.

Terrible service. 2 separate times I ordered delivery and driver took over an hour , marked it delivered, and then showed up hours later . Very unprofessional I can only imagine how unprofessional there are when they cook. do not go here!!

Don’t come here if you want to wait forever. I placed an order online at around 11 then my order still hasn’t came until around 1. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait.

I've been ordering from here for years now and the service is such sh*t now. I ordered a pizza and already expected an hour wait for it to be prepared. I live less than 10 minutes away, I wait another whole hour for my pizza and it finally gets delivered, but cold. Don't order for delivery unless you want a cold pizza!

I started ordering from this location a few months ago. It started off fine I was always very satisfied and enjoyed the experience. Just a few weeks ago. I’m guessing they have changed staffing and though when I call to complain the service is great outside of the time I am always put on hold the food has had major issues Everytime I place an order. I ordered beef pizza there would be bacon on it in the tiniest increment but when you know you know so it had to be thrown away. The pizzas at times come to me dried out and old upon arrival literally cold to the touch. I ordered a pasta meal as well and it was dry. Noodles crunchy not enough sauce to cover half of the small amount of pasta they agreed into the aluminum bowl. My most recent experience which is the final straw for me with this place after spending my hard earned money giving several chances and tipping as well for the delivery service that seems to all of a sudden take over an hour when it used to take 15-30 minutes max I ordered a cheese pizza and it was not only old and friends it barely had cheese!! The pepperoni pizzas for my children had not cheese on them than the actual cheese pizza. It was sauce and doe with sprinkles of cheese burned to a crisp and old. It looked disgusting I couldn’t even look at it without being grossed out. Also might I add for this same order I wanted 2 2 liters and they called me after I called them wondering why it was taking so long, about an hr and 1/2 to tell me they had no 2 liters at all said it would be taken off the final price and wasent. Also,,! They do something to the tracker to where you can’t follow your order after it’s been placed online or submit photos for pizza credit. You will most definitely have to call twice to get an answe at any day and time and they talk very professional but the amount of care they have is proven with your food.

It’s always the worst. How they get my order wrong twice! Then no courtesy food or drink for the drive back. Whoever that manager is needs to be removed. He was just arguing back in forth with a cx .

Avoid at all cost. Management lied about an order for 72 pizzas, $414.86 for a large military event.I placed the order one day and came to pay for it the next day, as instructed, and the Store Manager completely lied about the order after receiving it the previous day.I filed a formal complaint against the location.Vanessa and Dave were completely deceitful and unrepentant.
