Small and quiet, machines are older, but not a bad place to stop. Walked in with $20 just to check it out, and left with much more. It was nice break from the chaos.

Progressively gets worse !! Now the machines are gulping my credits, where they were just sipping them. And a friend who has really done well says they don't really hit taxables anymore. Seriously as many Dotty's as there are you would think they could keep up that genuine quality etiquette of a Las Vegas, Nevada casinos 97% payout... I been going to dottys on Tropicana & teepee lane for over 15 years & unfortunately there is a female person by the name of Tammy who is working there & she’s extremely rude and obnoxious especially when she sees foreigners that speak different language this is not my first time seeing her and every time I notice that she only speaks & nice to her regular customers , I think she’s prejudice towards foreigners & I don’t know why dottys keeping her as a employee she needs to be fired asap , she doesn’t deserve to be working at any dottys property…….
I have been a players card holder for 8 years I love getting off work and going to my favorite dottys to unwind and win or lose. But because of there lack of compassion and decency I'm no longer going to gamble my hard earned money or spend my time at a place that won't make sure that we the customers that spend our money there get our gifts they award us for our play. 2 out of the last 3 years they have not honored my birthday gift. Again this year I didn't receive it in the mail I've waited 3 weeks and called them 2 weeks ago about not getting it they said someone would call me in up to 48hrs after 4 tries with no response in the 48 hr time frame they give you for a call back I get a call today from supervisor Jennifer informing me that they mailed it out that I'd have to call the post office if they don't have it then I'm not going t o receive my birthday gift as like I'm at fault here who's to say they mailed it out they can just say they did and refuse to give you another one of yhe same amount. If the family that owes dottys treats there regular customers this poorly I will not ever step foot into a dottys or any affiliate of dottys. Poor customer service
