This is the very best Dunkin in town and I've tried many as I work in EMS and go all over town all day. The staff is so nice! I can tell they take care of their machines just from the fresh taste of every coffee I get. Food is never under or overcooked. Just perfect.

ordered dunkin wrap and its iced cold. i tried calling the store to confirm if it should be heated cause i always buy it and its hot and melted. the general store manager is unapologetic and basically telling me im a liar because “there’s no way that is has been served cold”. also if you buy large matcha, they will only fill it almost half of the cup. i tried asking for company email and he said theres no company email. lol. no wonder why the rating here is so low

Went there at 530a to pick up a door dash order and they said I cant pick it up in the drive thru I had to park in the front. The lobby is closed. What is the difference if your handing me someone else's order or if I ordered myself? So now im parked in the front waiting forever for them to bring me the same bag that was sitting on the counter while I was sitting at the window. This store is unprofessional and ridiculous.

First time and likely last time visiting due to the chaos of ordering (no cash taken), very long line inside and at car window, and slow service. They were obviously slammed with customers and were not prepared to juggle. Store menu selection was good and behind the counter folks were very helpful, but lots of disgruntled customers due to the wait.

The donuts were good and the staff was nice but the ordering system is dumb! Like a lot of places you walk in and order at the kiosk. Meanwhile there are 4 staff members staring at you. Then they have to read the ticket and figure out what donut you want. It's a donut place!!! Let me point to the donut and have the staff member grab it. It seemed silly and was such a waste of time. Feels like they are trying to hard to follow the trend.

Who ever heard of a donut place at 730 on a Sunday morning with NO DONUTS. OMG. This is the worst place. And donuts aren't even t that good when they have them. Strike 3. You're out.

I don't know what happened to this place but the coffee is atrocious I always give restaurants a break because people can have bad days I have had four bad cups of coffee from this place in a row and this last one is so bitter and disgusting that there isn't enough sugar and cream in the world to make it right it's quite obvious this coffee was made hours and hours and hours ago. This staff has no clue what's going on right now they're donuts are stale and I can't even tell you how bad this coffee is that I wanted to throw it at the window and of course I won't I'll just pour it out and eat the money that I lost back the 7-Eleven for my coffee stay clear of this place

Stopped by on my way to work a tall young man with facial hair helped me and was extremely polite and very kind, my coffee was fresh the line was long but he was moving fast I was hesitant on stopping but they definitely got me in and out so to say.
