Every time I come in it is an absolute wonderful experience. I usually go to the competitor, which is closer. I stopped bye I few months ago and never went back to them. I had an issue with an order Christmas eve and came in today to try to get it fixed. MIKAYLA made it right. Thank you so much again MIKAYLA. Hope she gets promoted or at least a raise. She always has a big smile and a pleasure.
My service at the Dunkin' Donuts. On Las Vegas boulevard was exceptional. The clerk was very nice and kind every day. She served me with a smile and maybe feel comfortable. And the food was awesome, but donuts were great and the coffee was even better. Be a customer for the rest of my life. My name is George Mathis and I appreciate this message.

Came here to grab a cup of coffee, and the workers didn’t greet us when we came in, and ignored us like we didn’t exist. They made our coffee and placed it far behind the counter, and didn’t even announce to us that it was ready. We just took the coffee and left. Besides that, the store was empty and it was dirty as well. Crumbs on the table and the floor was dirty. I’ve been to better locations.
