Stopped by to get coffee flavored water when I wanted coffee. It has to be 8% coffee they serve to more get money out of people and it’s not a good tasting one. Quality is no longer case with these franchises and people happily exchange money with no complaints. If I didn’t have a heart I would know what business to go into. Anyways no longer will I waste my time and money on this crap served to people.

I went to this location for a couple of donuts. There were two young girls working. One was ringing in the order and the other one was putting the donuts in the bag. They charged me for three donuts, but I only got two donuts. They also gave me a senior discount and I am not a senior. That was very insulting.

I love Dunkin, but this one isn't good, ordered and then was told bathrooms permanently closed because customers keep "clogging them", but the sign on the bathrooms only say "for customers only". Also outlets in dining room are turned off and have no power, which is chintzy, they just need to get their stuff together and run the place right.
Ordered on Uber Eats and the donuts were extremely stale.

Very disappointed, the business lost out on a purchase of two dozen donuts because of a denial of a special request for two powdered jelly donuts. I visited this location all the time and had never been denied this request. Not to mention I was told that they have too many other donuts for them to fulfill the special request.
