This used to be my favorite Dunkin Donuts, however everytime I go there, my coffee taste like flavored water!! I won't be coming here anymore because I cant keep paying for something anf the quality is trash!!PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

Worst location. I ordered the pink macchiato threw the drive thru they handed me a dirty cup it was sticky and spilling out the straw hole , there was 95% cream and the pink velvet wasn’t even fully mixed into the cream , I did mix it and it tasted only like cream . I went back around and told the lady that there wasn’t enough expresso and it didn’t even look like there was any inside after mixing she said you have to mix it in I told her I did and it’s all pink because there wasn’t even enough and didn’t even look like the picture , she said well the picture is what it looks like settled after it’s melted alittle bit , I told her that iv had macchiatos before and that the expresso should atleast be 1/4 of the cup but it’s not and it was messy but at this point I would like a refund , she told me no I’ll just remake it but it will be similar unless I would like to add a shot , I told her no I don’t want to pay more I rather just have a refund and I’m not trying to argue with her but iv been going to Dunkin for many years and this is just not what iv seen. Honestly this is the worst location and won’t be back at this one .

First time having Dunkin’ Donuts and I will say the coffee was good! The service not so much lol. The girl with braces was polite I will give her that but the service was trash man. We were the only ones there, why did it take 20 minutes for coffee? And then she forgot my sons hot chocolate bc she was talking and laughing with another employee my aunt had ask where was the other drink and she smiled and said oh and made it. Not to mention the place smelled bad to be a donut shop.

I was just in this store picking up an order and I wish I said something at the time but, who I assume is the manager, is very rude and out of line to her staff. In front of customers and on Christmas Eve. The young lady working was doing everything alone while what looked like the manager enlisted the help of two others to get the backing off a window sticker. The young lady inside was trying to help customers inside, and the drive thru, and asked for help, to which she was yelled at for having an attitude. Well, it was the manager with an attitude. I hope the young lady has a great holiday. She was trying her best and still super friendly. She deserves a raise. She actually deserves an apology and a better boss

The employee Alyssa took my order at the drive thru .. asked me to repeat myself 4 times to the point I was screaming in the mic . Then I pull up to the window and she opens is to just stare at me and looked confused . She was so high or something she could barely speak my order and when she read it back it was wrong . I had to repeat it back to her multiple times. Once she finally understood it . It took 22 min at the window for them to hand me 3 hash browns and 1 egg sandwich! Whoever owns this establishment needs to come in and clean house

They' closed at 5:00 for Halloween but locked the doors at 4:30 and stopped serving customers.
Absolutely awful!! We live very close to this location and that's the only reason why we go. Every time we come here they always mess up our order and they never want to fix it. This morning we went through the drive through and ordered 2 large coffees 1 with whole milk and 1 just black no cream or anything. We get up to the window and pay then they tell us to pull forward, we do and it takes almost 10 minutes for them to bring us our coffee and of course when we get them it's wrong. They added cream to both and sugar to both and we didn't ask for sugar. My husband goes inside with the coffee and comes back out and they said "well we can't re make them we can offer you a free doughnut." Sadly this isn't the first time they have messed up our order and said they "couldn't fix it." I understand messing up orders sometimes but not even offer to fix the problem YOU made is ridiculous.

Ordered 30 dollars worth of food and drinks today. The boy who brought it out was extremely nice. The food was terrible tho. So hard I couldn't even bite into the breakfast bagels. The side of bacon was so over cooked and also not even hot. Won't be wasting money here anymore

I love the coffee here. Good taste, great value for money & so many offers that come up. The quantity for a medium sized coffee is so much better than other places. I love the iced latte with butter pecan flavour. It's a treat! The servers are very helpful with orders and it doesn't take long. Also a must try is the mini bagels with cream cheese filling. Love it ! Usually it's a drive-thru order for me but this time I managed to take out time and enjoy the ambience which is a bit dull but clean!
