Took 50 minutes and three stops at the pick up window to get our turkey, egg and cheese. Avoid.

If this is the drive-thru dunks outside the Vegas strip, it's my new Dunkins... overpriced watered-down coffee from the casino gives me headaches.. I'll drive the 7 mins while the city sleeps. It's the perfect place to start your day..

Got a regular cup of coffee and a maple bar. Taste was your standard coffee and maple bar. Service was okay.

Yesterday I purchased two coffees costing $15 but when I got back to the room they were Luke warm. So today I went back to purchase another two coffees but asked for extra hot but when I got back to my room they were worse and undrinkable.
I took the coffees back and explained the situation and was asked to remove the lids and was questioned why I had taken so long to return and that one could not be replaced as some had been drunk. I could not believe what the guy was saying to me over coffee I had paid a lot of money for !!!
Eventually he agreed to replace both but it was very uncomfortable and staff behind counter weren’t very interactive. All this could have been avoided if they just said sorry and offer to replace them instead of making a big deal of it and trying to put us in an embarrassing situation !!

Seems like new management is needed. Understaffed for the amount of people that come though here, always a long line going down into the hallway. No names are taken or order numbers given, many people taking orders that were not theirs and chaotic. When I told them my order never came out they wanted a receipt and was not given one. Bad system here. Save yourself the trouble and go to the starbucks across the street from the hotel.

Disgusting as I watched the worker who was prepping the sandwich drop the bacon and pick it up and put it straight into the sandwich. No doubt this is the norm from that employee

Visit this place at Virgin Hotel 8/20/24 around 11:00 am. I do not recommend visiting this place. But if you want to visit a dirty place with disgusting coffee and terribly cooked toast that was not even put in the toaster. I would give this place a rating of zero. All the food was thrown in the trash.

The donuts are great and sold out in no time
Maybe we were just really hungry
Maybe just because it's bursting with sugar
But it was great
It's a shame that the sofas are not so comfortable to sleep there after the sugar falls
