Nobu Las Vegas at Virgin Hotel offers delicious food, with standout dishes including lobster tempura, shishito peppers, yellowtail roll, and exceptional yuzu. Located inside the Virgin hotel, tucked in the back of the casino, it is an awesome gem. Although the location may not be the best, the food and amazing staff more than make up for that. Service is attentive and helpful, with staff skilled at curating a great meal experience. The chefs are highly praised for their expertise and creativity, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant yet casual, making it perfect for a truly elevated meal.
Prices are on the higher end, but the introduction of a hanoshi happy hour allows guests to enjoy familiar favorites like yellowtail jalapeno, miso cod, and tempura shrimp at a lower price point. Portions may be smaller, which encourages trying new and different dishes, such as the highly praised tempura nori chips and maki rolls. Guests have enjoyed the Omakase experience at the sushi bar, where chefs create a delightful sequence of dishes, showcasing their skills and attention to detail. While Nobu is not a place to simply get stuffed, it offers a unique dining experience that is definitely worth the visit. Overall, it remains a recommendation for a delicious and memorable meal, with exceptional service enhancing the experience.
