The toughest part of our dinner, was taking pictures of our food. We got one picture, and decided to just enjoy the moment. My wife had the Lychee Martini, and I had a Sapporo. We started off with Nobu tuna tacos at happy hour. Yes, happy hour is the best time to go. We then ordered a yellowtail jalapeño. Thinly sliced yellowtail with a thin slice of jalapeño in a shallow ponzu. We doubled that order. We then ordered a couple rolls. A spicy tuna and a salmon avocado roll. A second round of drinks were ordered and my wife had another Lychee Martini and Max the bartender suggested a Koshihkari Echigo(I had to look that up to get the correct spelling) wonderful beer. Max then suggested a few dishes and we took his advice. Ordered a Tuna Ginger Tosazu. A Tai Sashimi with Jalapeño Garlic Ponzu. Wow amazing taste. By this time, we had another round of drinks, and we were full. Max brought out a white chocolate pot de crème dessert for my wife's birthday. Wow just amazing. I had an expresso with that. I must also mention that the two young ladies behind the bar with Max were very nice and engaging in conversation as the bussed our plates and glasses. We sat at the bar this whole time and had it to ourselves. A lovely happy hour turned into a great dinner. The bill was well over $300 and worth every penny. Cannot wait to get back to Nobu. If you go. Let Max suggest plates for you. You will not be disappointed.

Service was great. Taste was delicious! Portion size for price was a little disappointing. I had black cod miso and salmon eggs, my friends had sirloin and roasted cauliflower and sirloin... we also had the lychee martini and Nobu sidecar... exceptional flavors all around

Probably one of the most expensive dinners I've ever had, but it was great. Our server chose most of our dishes for us and he did a fantastic job. Everything was delicious, including the sake he selected. I actually prefer this location over the one inside Caesars as it's much easier to get in and out of and it is also much calmer. I believe this is actually the original Nobu in Las Vegas.

NoBu restaurant, nestled within the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas, exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service and delectable offerings. Before heading to the Wu-Tang Clan concert, we indulged in the custom beverage, C.R.E.A.M.sicle which was citrusy, orange, and reminiscent of the old school frozen creamsicle pops, which left a lasting impression with its unique flavor profile. As light-bite enthusiasts, we were pleased with the array of appetizers and sushi selections available. Each dish was crafted with precision and featured quality ingredients, with the lightly fried okra stealing the show as a personal favorite. The sushi rolls and soup were equally delightful, showcasing the chef's expertise and commitment to flavor. The ambiance of Noble restaurant was nothing short of stunning, with tasteful decor adding to the overall dining experience. The staff, characterized by their knowledge and friendliness, took the time to guide us through the menu and dishes, ensuring a memorable culinary journey. Noble restaurant at the Virgin Hotel is a must-visit destination for those seeking exceptional food and hospitality in Las Vegas.

I really enjoyed the customer service at Nobu LV while I indulged myself with a fine dessert and some fresh fish in the desert. Nobu Rocks!

Food and Service is always great at Nobu - in specific this location and its ambiance is more so dark and structured. Our server was very nice. Of course if you are going to Nobu expect to pay a high price do the quality of food and service your receiving. Besides price point the food is delicious so many have no complaints. I in particular think the food at Nobu paired with the quality service and ambiance are justifiable hence the price of the product.

Kelson took care of us tonight. We were are party of 9 people, celebrating a birthday and a Bach/bachelorette party. He curated a custom spread for us while keeping within our budget. He is amazing, and we are coming back to Nobu with every visit to Las Vegas!! My favorites were the butter lettuce with cod, and the wagyu steak made medium medium-rare. Yellowtail with Jalepeno is also a great option. Thank you so much for a memorable night ??‍♀️??‍♀️

Came in at 6pm and wanted to do their LV omakase. Was told they dont do that anymore but only have one omakase at 225$ pax. Looked at the happy hr menu but kept coming back to the omakase. I think I made the right choice. Make sure you have at least a couple of hrs to fully enjoy the experience. Once you have settled on the omakase, they might elect to ask if you would like to sit the at sushi bar or move to a more comfortable table to your liking. You get introduced to the sushi chefs and the journey begins. omg what a degustation experience. From the very first dish to the last dessert everything was delicious and perfectly paired, in harmony with each other and the evening experience just kept getting better. There were some dishes I liked more, hokkaido scallops, the uni on tofu skin and the raw octopus which had a very different taste and texture to the normal preboiled octopus. Did i leave hungry? Nope I was so full I almost could not finish the tiramisu dessert. Almost....

Had an amazing experience here. If you visit, ask for Carlo-san at the Sushi counter and let him create you some unique dishes. All you have to do is ask! The combinations he came up with had me wanting more - until I couldn't eat anymore!

Wish I'd taken photos of the food. Most "interesting" was the Shaved Ice Dessert.... wowzer in taste and texture. We enjoyed the warm mushroom salad, the Yellow Tail with Jalepeno and some others my friend ordered. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

Impressive initial engagement with host followed by prompt service with clear detailed explanation of the menu. The sashimi was well balanced with texture and flavor. The smoked wagyu entre was divine. A delicate dance between tender beef and crunchy dough exterior. A definite must visit while in Las Vegas.

Food is amazing Service is impeccable Ambiance is beautiful Great place for a date or a large group. I went with a large group and we had a fantastic time--so fun!

I was solo on this visit so fun to sit at the sushi bar and watch all the great creations made by Carlos. I was very impressed with all of the seafood variety and attention to detail on all the dishes that I don't normally order. I'm always focused on the yellowtail jalapeño and the salmon sashimi but there's so much more and I did try a few new things. I've gave Carlos full license and he made me some dishes that I never tried before anywhere. Thank you.
