Quentin!!! I received a drink and as I drove away I noticed the drink tasted very watery. I went back to see if they could make me a new drink. Quentin went above and beyond in reordering my drink for me. He even asked if I wanted to add soft top which usually costs extra. He made sure the broista prioritized my drink and my issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. Didn’t have cash to leave a tip but just a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Quentin for his exceptional customer service skills :-) I always feel bad complaining because I know people are just trying to do their jobs and I’d never want to make their jobs any harder than they need to be. So thank you for making my Thanksgiving morning amazing Quentin. SHOUT HIM OUT! Recognize him for being so sweet & helpful.

Went for the magnets and was super excited! I really wanted the little dutch bros one and I totally understand how slam packed they were but I asked the lady at the counter if they had it and she said no even though I saw a big stack in the hands of another worker. I didn’t want to ask again because she was busy and seemed a bit frustrated (again I understand the lines were insane) I asked another worker Leland (hope i spelt it right) and he came in clutch and got me one. That’s the customer service I love and appreciate so much, gave my gratitude to him and left happy <3

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a series of recurring issues we have encountered at one of your locations. While the establishment's geographical placement is notably convenient, our recent visits have regrettably been marred by significant inconsistencies in service and product delivery.
On our most recent visit, we experienced a particularly unsatisfactory incident. My husband was served a beverage in a compromised cup, which subsequently failed, resulting in the drink spilling across his legs and the interior of our car. We were disappointed that no immediate assistance, such as an offer of napkins or an apology, was extended to help address the situation. Concurrently, my own order, a 'hopscotch protein latte,' was incorrectly prepared for the second attempt, and its composition did not align with the product description.
These instances are unfortunately not isolated; we have consistently experienced errors with our drink orders over multiple visits. Such recurring discrepancies have significantly impacted our perception of the service quality at this specific branch.
We subsequently chose to visit your Cheyenne Torrey Pines location, where we consistently receive impeccably prepared beverages and experience exemplary customer service. We believe this positive experience at another one of your establishments highlights the potential for improvement at the aforementioned location.

I came to this location and was greeted buy an employee named Destiny I swear she was on something cause the amount of energy and spunk she has every time I go there and she helps me with my order. This is the best dutch bros I've had in the last 3 months. I don't know who the staff is today but you need to give them all a raise and keep them. 10/10 amazing. Will be back to this location tomorrow and anytime I want Dutch. My husband gets the caramelizer extra shot every time once a week for years and this is the best he's had. I got a pumpkin Brule with pumpkin drizzle and it was perfection. Best one of the season
