Took forever... rude!! Also they aren't even busy. The weird old guys on the walls are pretty creepy.

The service were terrible with the young girl with her hair color highlighted, every time I met her at the register to order the food , I feel uncomfortable with her, she has no patient with the customer while nobody was on line to order the food, and the way she talk was terrible whine I’m not a white person, every body has accent different from birth, hopefully she should be in the back instead of taking order, but all the men who work there was great except her. And hopefully the owner will notice her behavior and her attitude.

Visited Earl of sandwich inside the Palms hotel. The tuna melt will always have my belly soul, it hit the spot after the first bite. The other sandwiches were good - you seriously can't go wrong with any of them.

Caesar salad chicken wrap was fully stuffed! We thought the price was a little steep Unilever we received ours & ENJOYED the quality of the sandwich(es). Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was for the dirty floors & unstocked (no tp) women's restroom. We did tell the staff & they went right away to address the situation.Vegetarian options: We're not vegetarians but we did notice a lot of healthier options than our choices. Ironically, this restaurant is next door to a greasy Mexican food place.Parking: We chose one of the front handicap spots.Wheelchair accessibility: We had no trouble parking nor getting inside, including to the restrooms.

I have an issue with the manager on duty on 1/02/24. (Daniel) ( that's the name she provided to me ) i asked the manager during our order if she had Jalapeños, any type of chilis she said no . She rang me up so quick than she said we only have bananas chili peppers . I told her ok can I get some , she said u had to order it with your order I don't have a button to just charge you for the chilis . So I went back got in line and I grab additional chips and I told her I want to buy these chips and a side of banana chilis , she told me she couldn't sell me the chilis I had to order them with my meal food . I asked her I would like to speak to the manager she said " I am the manager " I asked for the corporate number she gave me (702) 578-3116 I told her it was the incorrect number she provided and she gave me (702) 578-3416 this number just rings and rings . The service I received from this manager was awful , her demeanor was so rude . She was already upset before I got the her to order . The music she had on tonight was loud . Another couple in front of received the same treatment regarding a coupon . I don't know what their policy regarding asking for chilis . But as a business , the chilis were visible in the area . Manager SHOULD had took ownership, educate the customer and provided the chilis . This was my 1st time eating here and the service I give it a zero, food was good. But I wouldn't come back to order from her .

Have been here many times. I don't know if this girl is new but she needs to be gone. Have never had any problems until this condescending rude obnoxious green haired brat took my order. That she messed up. Probably intentionally. So she should intentionally get fired.

This location opened late at 10:30 when it stated it opens at 10, so don't be surprised if it's not open on time. In terms of sandwiches, it's good. Flavors were good and is a good food to take Togo. Personally I think earls is overhyped and a bit pricey for pretty small sized sandwiches. Overall it's still tasty and I enjoy coming every once in a while when I'm in Vegas. Looks like there are many locations in Vegas now too.

A solid hot sandwich at a reasonable price. I had the 1762 The Original. Quality. A unique combination of ingredients that meshes well for a lot of flavor. The roast beef was tender and juicy. The sandwich was made to order and served hot in a foil wrapping. Plenty of sandwich for one person. No frills beyond that. Came with chips of your own selection and a fountain drink. I have been coming here for years and every sandwich I had was quality. This should be a favorite of people who like hot subs.
