I recently stopped by Earl of Sandwich and ordered the chicken club along with a cup of chicken artichoke soup and crackers. I was looking forward to it, but overall it was just okay.

The chicken club had decent flavor, but the sandwich itself was a bit dry and the bread felt harder than I expected. It wasn’t inedible by any means, just not as soft or moist as I prefer. Honestly, I was glad I ordered the soup because it helped balance things out and made the meal easier to enjoy.

The chicken artichoke soup was the highlight for me. It was warm, creamy, and had good flavor, especially paired with the crackers. That definitely carried the meal more than the sandwich did.

For the price, I personally would prefer Subway. I feel like I get more customization and better overall value there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not something I’d go out of my way for next time.

Waited 20+ minutes for food just to get home and find out that my sandwich didn’t have dressing, BARELY had any mayo & basically was 80% bread with a few other things sprinkled on. The orange sauce is chipotle mayo that I added myself, from my own fridge. I tried calling and asking for some type of refund but I guess they don’t do those? He did say he’d buy me a sandwich next time I was in but I don’t ever plan on eating there again so that doesn't really make sense on my end. I’m contemplating on just disputing it with my bank. That’s how bad it was lol. Like, actually paying for something of this quality just feels disrespectful. First and last time here for SURE.

P.S. — the guy who rang me up had a bad attitude. almost to the point of where simply interacting with him felt uncomfortable. young with black hair. not a huge deal because I’m there for food, not friendliness. but I might as well throw that in since I’m taking the time to leave a review.

P.S. again — they only have soda, which sucked because I’m not a soda drinker. whatever the two jugs by the napkins are meant to hold (maybe tea or lemonade) were completely dry and empty. The green tea on the actual soda machine dispensed water only, or else I would’ve gotten that.

If you're craving a really good sandwich—especially if you’re an East Coaster missing that perfect bite—Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Summerlin is the spot to go. This place nails the art of a well-made sandwich, with fresh ingredients, delicious bread, and flavors that hit just right. Plus, Downtown Summerlin itself is such a charming place to shop, walk around, and take in the vibes. Whenever we’re out streaming or just looking for a quick and tasty meal, Earl of Sandwich is always our go-to for something satisfying and delicious!

The Manager harassed us for a voucher that the HOSPITAL SYSTEM gave us and stated the company is a scam. TicketsAtWork is a company that many hospitals use for perks. This is the only time I've ever encountered this. Embarrassed us and basically called me a scammer for something I thought working in the ICU I would never have to encounter. Stated the company itself is a scam. Reporting this to the company and the hospital to warn others. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially if you're a healthcare worker.

We went in and ordered two sandwiches, the cashier heard me say I can't have Chipotle sauce but still added it to the sandwich. The sandwich was supposed to be bacon, chicken, and avocado, but the remade sandwich only had the meats in it... I left a $5 tip to have my order wrongly made, TWICE! I don't think I will return to this location!

They run on their own time. The signs all say they open at 11 and yet after waiting 15 minutes they’re still closed. I could clearly see employees inside and they can clearly see people waiting outside. Very disappointing will never be trying this place again.

My family and I stood in line for 10 minutes and when it was our turn to order, 2 women jumped the line and the cashier did nothing about it. The woman screamed at me that she was next, but she was standing at the order pickup counter on her phone and then pushed right up on me. When I told the cashier what I wanted this lady continued to scream at me and told the cashier not to take my order. I told the cashier I'll find a better place to go. You lost us as customers tonight. I'm not going to drive to downtown summerlin, try to find a parking space, stand on line like everyone else and then when it's time for me and my family to order you let people cut and dont do anything about it.

I have loved earls for years, and ive never had a problem here until tonight. The line has always gone from the west side, the left door, but with the crowd from the parade it was just chaos. Two women pushed their way into the front of the line claiming the line had started from the east side instead. It was only 2 of them and the rest of the line was forming on the correct side so idk how they could even claim a line started that way. After letting one dumb woman cut the second tried and started an argument with us, since we were next in line. Im so tired of dealing with idiots like this, thinking theyre so tough and can do whatever the hell they want. We asked the cashier who was correct, us in the long line, or these two idiots cutting everyone. She looked scared and didn't say a word, so we left without ordering anything.
This is for Rey. Its sad because you already have signs up showing where to order, but dumb people just cant look with their eyes i guess. You might need one more sign that says "line starts here" or something. It would help a little i think with arguments.
