The Manager harassed us for a voucher that the HOSPITAL SYSTEM gave us and stated the company is a scam. TicketsAtWork is a company that many hospitals use for perks. This is the only time I've ever encountered this. Embarrassed us and basically called me a scammer for something I thought working in the ICU I would never have to encounter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially if you're a healthcare worker.

Came in to pick up my order and was told it was already picked up. I let cashier it must have been a mistake or been taken since I never picked it up, she said I must have sent someone and kept insisting I sent someone and that there was nothing she could do for me. I then asked for a refund and asked if they can assist me in any way, she said there was nothing they can do. I then provided her with my order number and details just for her to realize another customer picked up her order with the same first name as me and different last name. She was so hostile towards me and suddenly changed her tone. I told her I no longer wanted my order and would not be returning. How embarrassing to be accused of wanting to steal a sandwich. SO NUTS!

Pay off the issue is with EOS. Went for the Father's Day BOGO. The website and app have you no where to put in the promo code and the store world not accept it. The owner was less than no help. The sandwich was ok. We asked for extra cranberry sauce on our Holiday sandwiches and only got s little blob on each half of the sandwich. I asked for 2 extra containers of sauce each but only got one. And this after paying full price for both. Also, very depressing atmosphere. Store seems old and run down. Poor lighting.

It's one of my favorite sandwiche shops. The staff is not very friendlyat all. I asked for a side of Italian dressing for my sandwich. The guy asked me why and hesateded on giving me a side of Italian Dressing. What is eating out coming to?
