Entire experience was not good. Walked in and was not greeted by the cashier. He just stared at us. So I just stared back and asked if I can help him. Then my entire order was wrong and missing items. I tried to ask the lady a question and she just stared at me with a confused look on her face. Because she didn't speak English. Staffing issues

First time back to Earl Sandwich in at least 2-years, sandwich quality has gone down hill. The price was 10.19 for a sandwich and they are not even a footlong at that price, quite tiny if I had to guess maybe 7 inches, will not be returning. I would put this below subway and they are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to sandwiches. When you think of sandwich of earl you put it on the same caliber as firehouse or capriottis but that is far from the case. Customer lost for good, save your money and go to elsewhere for your sandwich needs.

Bought an 12 inch Italian and 6 inch turkey with a side of Mac and cheese for 36 dollars. Been eating at earls for over a decade. I asked a simple request to toast my sandwich and after alot of confusion they said 'okay fine' and then they didnt toast it and I feel like they purposely gave me less meat then usual for asking for it toasted. I also tipped them over 20% for something that would be unacceptable at Subway. Was excited to have their food again but will just write them off as another chain thats not worth the visit anymore.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Earl of Sandwich. We've visited several times before and have never been so disappointed.

Our custom sandwich orders were made incorrectly, and the overall quality of the food was poor. When I called to report the issue, the employee who answered told me the sandwiches were probably made wrong because they were busy. No apology, replacement, refund, or attempt to resolve the situation was offered.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn't one available. I will be contacting management tomorrow.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

We stop here every time we're in Vegas. Love their sandwiches!

- $36 for this (2 people);
- cashier was “slow” taking a basic order (I had to repeat myself 3 times);
- cashier ignored me as I said “thank you” directly to her from 2 feet away as we were leaving; and,
- the inner decor is just outright boring (like a cafeteria).
- Tasty food though.

One of my favorite sandwich places totally did me wrong! If you go to this location be sure to WATCH them make your food or you may end up with completely green tomatoes. Thanks for my green tomatoes Earls!! ๐Ÿ™„

Food was not toasted. 11/29/25 was not cold I ordered a ham and Swiss. Just mayo. They still messed up. Maybe the old employees are just bad. Do not come to this location after 3:30.

Iโ€™m very disappointed with the lack of sanitation and professionalism I witnessed today, October 10, 2025, around 12:15 p.m., at this Earl of Sandwich location on S Rainbow Blvd.

While waiting for my order, I saw a female worker biting her fingers, then immediately put on plastic gloves without washing her hands. When I pointed this out, she said she didnโ€™t understand or speak English, which is concerning since food service staff should be able to communicate with customers and follow basic hygiene rules. Another male worker also put on gloves without washing his hands, showing the same disregard for food safety.

To make things worse, the Filipino male cashier was rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue, instead of addressing it professionally.

Food safety should always be the top priority, and seeing this kind of behavior in a restaurant is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains their staff to follow proper sanitation and communication standards. Customers deserve to feel confident that their food is handled safely and respectfully.
