They just abruptly close at 9:30 am!!! Even though the official closinh time is 2 pm they just closed and refused service at 9:30-9:40 am while the employees were just chit chatting in the kitchen. At least 6-7 customers went back frustrated. Not going back to this location at all.
2 hour long wait and the food came out partially frozen. All for a couple sandwiches

My first time in Einstein Bros. Bagel I've heard lots of great things about this place but unfortunately my experience wasnot good at all. I order a couple bagels and a coffee. Jenny the associate behind the counter was very unprofessional. The order kiosk asks for specific details about the order like what kind of bagel, cheese, and to customize your order. Jenny is not customer friendly creates a bad vibe and makes customers not want to come back. I was told by locals this is always a problem with her. If you have never been to Einstein bros please avoid this location to have a better experience with the company. My bagel was wrong and she was trying to tell me what I got which she was wrong. Not a good listener rude and unpleasant.

The front lady was rude. First she said we could only order at the kiosk. Then my friend informed me that she said something about they are out of some of the bagels so look before you order. When I asked for help ordering she just looked at me and said “SOOORRRY!” Then turned and walked away. Her coworker and her whispered quietly while making the sandwiches as if we couldn’t hear them. She was mean to the man in front of us when he asked for his drink. She said in a hatful voice, “Sheis getting it now”

Super dirty, staff couldn’t pivot and provide bacon on a cream cheese choc bagel order. Screwed up a blt with avocado! . The bagels were horrible as well as the coffee. Certainly not your typical Einstein product.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee at this Einstein Bros Bagels was extremely rude and disrespectful. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. Management needs to take this seriously and address how their staff are behaving. I will not be returning to this location.September 25 2025 time 10am

The one young lady not sure of her name as tag is covered, but wearing blue shirt different than others and maybe of black nationality is super rude, throws the bagels in the containers, closes up bags as they are trash and not someones food. The pickup orders are hardly every ready or about to be. My son needs a job and here this person is neglecting one. The pickup orders should be out immediately instead of getting the walkins out. We are already in traffic in the heat and to come into a place like this is beyond frustrating

Slow service, it was not busy, they mixed up our 2 orders on table of 7 but we ate still as we were so hungry and getting late for flight. Order online and pick up, if that would help with your timebound travel.

Ordered 3 bagels and a sandwich at 9:06 am and didn't get my order until after 9:40. They're understaffed for how busy this location was. There's no one working the counter so even if you stand at the counter you will be ignored, intentionally. Order was mostly correct except one of the bagels was missing it's spread.

Im being generous with my rating because my dad liked his sandwich but mine was not made correctly and the 2 ladies were extremely rude our entire encounter. I do not recommend this location

By far worst customer experience ever: ordered combo and asked to change coffee for hot chocolate for 3/6 year old kids as computer did not have any other option to add a drink. No flexibility, Combo only available with coffee and asked us to pay on top the chocolate instead, as she could not remove the coffee from the bill without manager on site... Next customer behind asked for add hot water in coffee. Seemed hit water is only available for tea.... Putting customer first is probably just the exact opposite of this encounter...
They don't make espresso in the morning, why don't you close the shop?
