Staff is not nice. Could only get coffee to drink. No substitutions on anything.
By far worst customer experience ever: ordered combo and asked to change coffee for hot chocolate for 3/6 year old kids as computer did not have any other option to add a drink. No flexibility, Combo only available with coffee and asked us to pay on top the chocolate instead, as she could not remove the coffee from the bill without manager on site... Next customer behind asked for add hot water in coffee. Seemed hit water is only available for tea.... Putting customer first is probably just the exact opposite of this encounter...
They don't make espresso in the morning, why don't you close the shop?
Staff is rude, and uncaring
I've eaten breakfast here every morning and the bagels are lovely, today though the food handler kept standing aside to cough up a lung... she looked extremely unwell, Management should have seen what the customers could clearly see, did not eat here today so minimized risk.
Warning the no regret sandwich comes with a side of food poisoning.
Not exactly how I wanted to spend my time in Vegas
Worst customer service. Unapologetic lady missed items in the order and didn’t fulfill the order also.
They have made some significant improvements over the years. This location used to be so bad that you had to wait over 20 minutes minimum to get your order - and then your order was probably wrong. Now it’s a normal wait time and they only occasionally get a wrong order. My guess is that there’s a lot of turnover at this location so they are constantly training new employees.
Fresh made bagels. Made to order sandwiches. Iced and hot coffee with several options. It gets very busy during breakfast. Service is a little slow. Employees are somewhat friendly. Bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was good. Located at Circus Circus Hotel in the food court.
Bad service rude workers! Should get better workers specially for beings a casino and we pay alot for food and all!

Delicious
The AllNighter was NOT the same as advertised on the web nor the same as the other location off strip.
Highly reccomend you SKIP this location and go elsewhere as its nothing close to an actual Einstein Bros Bagels
This location was terrible and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. The wait got out order took about 45 minutes and the Sandwhiches were on the wrong bagels and had the wrong customizations. Our total cost for 4 bagel egg Sandwhiches and 4 drinks (coffee, milk, water, and orange juice) was $96, which is insane for this type of food. We went to this location because we've had great experiences at other Einstein locations. Each would.our bagel Sandwhiches were half warm and half cold because the stuffed so many sandwhiches on the tray in the little oven. They gave us chocolate milk instead of regular and when I went to exchange it, I just got a mountain of attitude, like I was inconveniencing the staff. The $6 water bottle I got was for a Smart Water (the only option for bottled water) but I received a small Aquafina bottle. We just ate our half cold sandwhiches and got the hell out of there. Beware!
Need to update the hours on this location. Google says it closes at 4pm on Sundays. Unless the hispanic lady cleaning at 2pm was lying. 👍
Food was okay, but the service was terrible. There were no other customers and the 3 workers ignored us, and when we asked how to order something on the kiosk because it wasn’t displaying a way to take certain items off my sandwich, we were simply told “you need to order at the kiosk” as though that’s not what we were already doing. Very unhelpful staff
