I am going to hope this was a one-off experience at this store location. The grumpy General Manager of the store was working the point of sale, taking orders. I could hardly hear him, was not cheerful at all with the customers and had the look on his face that he clearly didn’t want to be there. I am a HUGE advocate of customer service, especially when you are in the food service industry. Good customer service is what brings back customers.

Overall decent. My toasted bagel wasn't really warm, and the butter wasn't melted, and I took it out of the bag just a few minutes after my husband came out with it from the store. Other than that, everything was good and service was quick.
