Einstein Bros. Bagels

This just to be a good place to eat and to go have a coffee and a sandwich with your family, but they got greedy, now if you one a sauce on your bagel you have to pay according to the manager Michelle who is very rude and have no manners to treats customers and screams to you in front of her customers and employees I won’t recommend this particular Einstein, but I will try another, may be it was just a bad apple they picked up.

Einstein bagels offer great varieties of products in a clean environment.
Overall atmosphere looks nice & offers convenient choices.
Staff is friendly and caring.
Bagel quality is nice and the toppings are great.
Place is usually crowded and there's wait time but the staff manages the traffic pretty well.

This location could improve on kitchen wait time.

Its frustrating to wait on a DoorDash delivery seeing how many people are working and still having a late Kitchen time

I want to help keep the lights on at this location but these late work times aren’t doing us favors.

And the location could use a Busser

I ordered online for 1 bagel & smear, before rushing to work on Thursday morning. Working 75 hours this week, off one day and back at it. When I got there, my bagel was not ready. I inquired. They said they were all out. Told them I had to get to work and I would come back for a bagel another day, since I paid for this one and couldn’t get it, probably Sunday morning before work. Either way, I showed up this morning, on my way to work, and before I could even explain that I needed a free bagel today since I didn’t get the one I paid for on Thursday, two of them recognized me and said they were recently thinking about me and wondered if I was coming back. The cashier grabbed a note that she had put near the register to remind everyone that I needed a free bagel, for whenever I came back. She said “see we honor our word”. I honestly wasn’t sure if they would remember or not. They quickly made my cinnamon raisin bagel/smear and were super friendly and nice! So nice to see great customer service!! THANKS!!!

A great experience. Very fast service! The lox was very delicious! I personally switched the bagel for an everything bagel and it was delicious! I wish they had lox smear! Had an appointment next store at chiropractor 2 in 1 stop, it was great.

To the police officer who insisted & told me to “get my butt up here” and tell him what I wanted so that he could pay for my order when I had been scheming to pay for his order so I could show appreciation for what he does for our country, THANK YOU for making my day. Thank you for taking some of those overtime hours and blessing someone you don’t even know. If all officers are as kind as you are, then Las Vegas is in good hands. To the woman who ordered the last two chocolate chip bagels and then volunteered to give them to my sister instead when she found out that there would be two disappointed little boys who really wanted chocolate chip bagels, THANK YOU for your kindness. You could have kept them, but you didn’t. To the employees working this past Wednesday, THANK YOU for the smiles on your faces, for the delicious bagels, and to the guy who learned what a bakers dozen was…we learn something every day.

Waited in line for service for over 15 minutes with only one person in front of me, two customers sitting at tables eating and two people working behind the counter. Not that it’s that important, but the girl working the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t apologize for the delay, didn’t explain the reason for delays and really didn’t appear to give $hit. I got the same level of service last Sunday as well.

We walked in to rude attitude yesterday? The young lady was so unpleasant. And I guess the store manager yelling walking by to the young guy in the back to come help. Not even we're be right with you. More customers came and the same attitude was given. I will not return here to this location

No idea why you would go here. Food tastes bad, hostile on edge staff, and overpriced small selection. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and a plain bagel. I threw away the drink after one sip before I made it out the door, as it tasted like soap. How a plain bagel with creme cheese can taste this bad is beyond me. Will never return and I live nearby, I'd pay an Uber to a different bagel place before risking coming back.
