I’ve had three different sandwiches from El Bagel at Fontainebleau, and every single one has been delicious! I’ve tried the everything bagel with sausage( SEC sandwhich) , bacon (BEC sandwhich) and salmon open faced, all of them with the chive schmear and untoasted — and they have been consistently amazing.

Massive bagels, a lot of healthy options to choose from, all made fresh, very filling and filled with ingredients. I got the Lox Supreme and it was quite filling.
I was in the area where I needed a quick bite before attending an event, so I looked around and this place attracted me with the long line and the fresh baked aroma coming from the place. Upon arrival, it was a good thing there was a line, because I needed time to see what I would like.
