I am reluctant to post a less than satisfactory review because I understand businesses are trying to do what they can to control costs; but this new era of no interaction between customers and the business is frustrating. This El Pollo location has kiosks for your order, they are not user friendly and they take too long to finalize my input. You have to pay on the machine (or can pay at counter when they get ready) but the staff all appear busy with other rudimentary tasks. Ut is obvious that people feel this non interactive manner of business upsets everyone, but businesses don't care. I do enjoy the healthier options of food but honestly want to McDonald's today just because they WILL wait on you the old fashioned way. No excuse not to engage with and serve the customer. It's just a poor way of handling service yet we all put up with it.

My family and I will never come back to this location, each and every time our order is wrong, children was dry and when I asked nicely to exchange the piece of chit she had an attitude, I certainly will go out of my way for a different location!!!

This place is amazing staff is so friendly and helpful and food is great I always get the quesadilla and they get it so fast! I love their guacamole and salsa Fresca is one of my favorites! Shoutout to Nahomy she’s so nice and gets orders fast for you ! This is my go to fast food but fresh .
